How do I know my size?

 

We have a comprehensive size guide which is specific for each product under the description on each product page. We suggest following the size guide on each product to find your size. 

What if I change my mind? 

Unfortunately, we do not do refunds or exchanges for change of mind so we kindly ask that you choose carefully. 
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed? 

Once an order has been placed it goes straight to our suppliers for picking, packing and shipping so unfortunately, we cannot make changes once an order has been placed. 

Does The Pink Inn do refunds?

Yes! If you are unhappy with your order, for some reason your order is faulty or there is an issue with shipping, we would be happy to issue you a refund. 

Please note that if you are requesting a refund you must claim for this within 30 days of the order being dispatched. 

 

What if I recieve the wrong item(s)?

We apologise if the item received does not match your original order!

On the rare occasion there may be an error in the picking and packing process, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

  • Order Number (starts with a # in your confirmation email).
  • Details of incorrect item received.
  • Name of the item not received.
  • Photo of the all item(s) received.

We may ask for you to return the item back to us but we will help you through this process. Please note that if you are missing/received the wrong items, you must claim for this within 30 days of the order being dispatched. 

How long will my order take to get to me?
We have an estimated shipping table below the description on each product page. As a result of the global pandemic, all countries are facing unpredictability with regards to logistics. In spite of this, We will do our best to get your order to you promptly!
